Privacy

In short: The Andagio app collects no personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. What you do in the app stays on your iPhone. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties.

The app

• No data collection. Your history, your flows and your settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to third parties and are not synced to iCloud. Deleting the app deletes this data.
• Apple Health. If you allow it, Andagio adds finished sessions to Apple Health as mindful minutes. Andagio reads no health data. We never transfer this data off your device and never use it for advertising. You can withdraw the permission at any time in the Health app or in Andagio's settings.
• Purchases. Purchases such as Andagio Pro are handled entirely by Apple. We receive no payment details and do not learn who bought. Apple's privacy policy applies.
• Crash reports. If you turned on “Share with App Developers” in iOS settings, Apple provides us with anonymised crash and usage statistics. We cannot identify anyone from them.

This website

• Hosting. The site is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time, page and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse this data.
• No cookies, no analytics. We use no cookies, no analytics tools and no external fonts. The video at the top of the page is served from our own server.
• Links. The Instagram link is a plain link. Meta's privacy policy applies only once you follow it.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once the request is settled and no retention duty applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just write to us. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
